When will my order be dispatched?

The store is completely run by the band. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as we can, however due the current Covid-19 crisis, there may be delays that are out-with our control. 

When will my order arrive?

Typically UK orders will take up to 1 week from dispatch. EU orders may take up to 3 weeks & Worldwide/USA orders can vary up to 6 weeks depending on how tight current restrictions in your area are.

My order hasn't arrived by the advised time frame, what should I do?

Please use our contact page to get in touch. We will do our best to find out what has happened with your order. Please include as much information as possible with regards to your order as this will allow us to look into it quicker.

If it turns out that we are at fault we will re-deliver your order free of charge and include a freebie as a gesture of goodwill!

If the postal service is found to be at fault we'd advise you to contact them directly as we are not liable for their errors.

I pre-ordered an item, when will it arrive?

We will dispatch pre-orders as soon as they are released.

How can I support bands during Covid when live shows are not possible?

In the current circumstances, the best way to support us and your favourite bands is to get their merch as this has the biggest financial impact on us and everyone is struggling during these times. If you still want to help out without spending money then other ways such as watching videos on YouTube, listening on Spotify, liking all the pages & sharing and interacting with posts all have huge impact on a band's growth! But most importantly of all, tell your friends. We are just normal people after all, and the reason we're here today is because there was someone in our life who introduced us to music.
